totally amazing. a god blessed, holy spirit inspired book. i think everyoneshould read it.
i'm 14 years old. at first i thought i was too small to read it but it is the most amazing book i've read. beats harry potter. the holy spirit was surely holding mr. macfarlane's hand as he wrote it. i had screaming fun when i read it. i wanted it to go on forever. iwant the whole world to read it. it seems so totally real. god bless u bud macfarlane.

Waiting for Bud's fourth book
Have read each book and underlined throughout all three books. Can hardly see the words now as I have read them so often. Pierced by a Sword is the best. Couldn't wait to read the next. Now that I have read them all. Am waiting for another. Keep up the good work Bud. You are one of a kind. God Bless.

Just read it.
A friend told me about this book and it looked good so I decided to read it. I just want you to know that this book is awesome. It is a quicker read than you think when you first see it. You become emotionally involved with each character and you ... well, just read it. You should take my word for it. You've got nothing to loose.

What an awesome book
WOW!!!!! What an awesome book. I couldn't put it down and when I had to, couldn't wait to have time to read again. The only thing I don't like about the book is that it came to an end. I absolutely love it and I'm on my way for the other 2.

Edifying, moving, entertaining
I have read all three books and have about 30 pages left to read of the last one (House of Gold). They are fantastic! I am glued to the pages of the third book and cannot put it down, so refreshing to read a book that is both edifying and entertaining. I have been reading it walking down the street, and even taking breaks to read it on the loo! The characters are so real, and I feel like I know them so well. I sobbed my heart out today reading about baby Grace, and have been rivetted by the story. A really good read that has brought me closer to the Lord. Thank you, Bud for the books. I've almost finished the last one, but don't want it to end!! Please write some more!

I have immensely enjoyed all three books. My family moved here 6 years ago from the Elyria area. It was like taking a trip home through the last two books. I would encourage Mr. MacFarlane to keep writing, his books are wonderful and inspirational!

This book is so beautifully Catholic and packed with solid theology and our whole way of life that it literally made me cry. I couldn't help it. I fell in love with the characters and learned invaluable things from each one. Please, please, please continue the series!

Changed my life.
Bud Mcfarlane is a truly gifted writer. I loved his book Pierced by a Sword. I laughed and cried with his charaters. It really is a page turner. (I started it one day and had to go back to work, and all I could do was think about the charaters and I had to know what was next. So I took a day of vacation to finish it.) The book moved me so much. I have now joined the Militia Immaculta. My consecreation will be on August 15th the Feast of Mary's Assumption. I have started praying the rosary. I am trying to get into a daily habit of the rosary. I could not wait to share it with my friends. I will include the Mary Foundation in my prayers. Thank God for you all. All that you do makes a difference.
