18 Days to Save America!

Are you ready to take the fight to the bad guys? I am.
All of us know that something has gone terribly wrong with the United States, with the Catholic Church, and with the entire world. And something that works needs to be done.
And so, with the whole-hearted blessing of Father John Anthony Boughton, Vicar General of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, we are announcing our next phase of spiritual warfare to save America:
Use These Prayers for 18 DaysJoin me, Father Boughton, and your fellow CatholiCity Citizens in praying the following prayers every day for 18 days beginning Monday, September 13th through Thursday, September 30th.

Three Powerful PrayersThere are three prayers on the print-out. They were used in conjunction with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass to permanently "pin the Mantle of Mary" to the four corners of the contiguous United States last summer:
• The potent Auxilium Christianorum exorcism prayers for laymen featuring the traditional Litany of the Precious Blood of Christ. Father Chad Ripperger, the famous exorcist, has urged everyone to pray these prayers daily against satanic forces in order to release souls from demonic bondage.
• The Divine Mercy Chaplet, as requested by the Guardian Angel of the United States.
• We conclude with the Mantle of Mary prayer calling for a Great Awakening and Illumination of Souls in America.
We Begin with a PilgrimageTo kick off the 18 Days, my son Xavier Macfarlane (our general manager), Anthony Mencini (his best friend and our operations manager), and I will drive nine hours to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help in Wisconsin. (Mary appeared there in the late 1800s, and it is the only fully-approved apparition site in the United States.)
As we do on all our annual pilgrimages, we will bring all the intentions you have submitted to us over the past six years to the Shrine on an encrypted flash drive, and place them there permanently.

Jesus taught that some demons "can only be driven out through prayer and fasting." Despite the reluctance of my will, God has been prompting me in prayer to undertake a lengthy, extremely strict, 18-day fast through September 30th. (This will end on October 1st, my birthday and the Feast of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux.) I'm going to do it.
While I enter into this extended period of self-denial, I am personally asking you to join me in whatever way God inspires you. You can fast for one day, several days, or give up some other thing that you love, or pray an extra Rosary, or receive Holy Communion. Or make a financial sacrifice in any amount that "stings". Here is a helpful list of suggested reparations.
Serious BusinessThis is not a game. This is real. I am heading into spiritual battle (after proper discernment and under spiritual direction) with only Our Lady, the Precious Blood of Christ, the angels, and your prayers as my protection.
There will be a price to pay. I am well aware of this, and I have decades of spiritual battle scars to prove it.
Yes, everyone reading this should print out and pray the Daily Prayers to Save America through September 30th.
However, because the supernatural stakes are real, I strongly advise you to ask Jesus beforehand if, how, and to what extent you should participate in terms of offering reparations with me.
Consult your spouse (or spiritual director). Invite your friends and family members to join you, as I have invited you to join me and Father Boughton.
"If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it."

Fasting, self-denial, reparation? You will need to overcome your fear (all brave men and women experience fear). You can be ninety years old. You can be as poor as a church mouse. You can be lazy and fearful of suffering (like I am).
Although I have free will, I do not believe I have much of a choice. Our Lady has spoken in my heart, preparing me for decades, down to the details as they present themselves in providential light. If you are like me, you won't feel like you have much of a choice either, although you are free, because you love your country and care about the souls of your fellow Americans.
I'm writing this to you on Thursday. You have until this Sunday, September 12th, to prepare mentally and to receive your particular instructions from Jesus in terms of doing reparation. The fast begins on Monday the 13th.
So print out those prayers, submit your petitions for the pilgrimage in Wisconsin, and ask Our Lord if and how you should join me in self-denial.
I do not want to do this alone. If you are going to do some kind of reparation, it will strengthen my own resolve to hear what it is and on what days you'll be joining me through September 30th. Just reply to this email.
Why 18 Days?The daily prayers and the extreme fast effectively join two nine-day novenas. According to tradition, the first novena is our request to the Father and the second novena is offered in gratitude in anticipation of His granting our request.
The Story Behind This InitiativeAfter answering hundreds of your emails over the past several months, two weeks ago I was mysteriously compelled by God (rather than of my own accord), to complete a week-long, bread-only fast asking for guidance.
My primary intention was the deliverance of America the from demonic forces bent on her destruction. I also offered it for you.
I'm not very good at fasting. I had not undertaken a long fast in many years. As I said, I felt "pulled into it" by the Holy Spirit. My body protested all week. (I guess that's the point.)
God's message in response, using unmistakable signal graces while praying the Auxilium Christianorum exorcism prayers during Mass, was utterly clear, even though I find it hard to believe from my human perspective.
In effect, He showed me that our every action, no matter how seemingly insignificant, including those we undertake together as CatholiCity Citizens, is aligned mysteriously in perfect accord with His divine plan, down to the tiniest detail--even down to the microsecond.
He can do this despite our failings.
The other thing He told me (this is a paraphrase of a silent message He left in my heart): "Next time, ask others, even if only a tiny remnant respond, to pray and fast with you. Go first. Plant the mustard seed."
He needs willing soldiers, not perfect saints.
The clash of Angelic Hosts against the Demons of Hell over the fate of America has been building for decades. During the last year and a half, the forces of evil have never been more brazen or operated so openly. I have been chronicling this for our longtime readers for many years, so I will not rehash the details today.
