These novels should be mandatory reading for all lukewarm/fallen-away Catholics and their firmly planted in the faith friends. Bud is a gift from the heavens and I hope he will write more!

There are no words to describe how much these books have influenced my life; I can only urge all Catholics to at least read the first few pages of each book. You will immediately become hooked. I feel obligated to tell as many people I can about these books!! I see the changes it made in my life: constant daily devotion to my faith.

I loved these novels. They are inspiring while at the same time very realistic and teaching without being "preachy". Anyone could pick them up and enjoy them, not just someone who is Catholic. I appreciated how the books follow the lives of the main charatcers thru real life situations, and that the characters themselves are so real.

Enjoyable reading
I really enjoyed these 3 novels that Bud wrote. I wish he would write more. I finished them and donated them to the book sale at my church and they were bought up right away. Please write more soon.

Powerful & prayerful reading
I, too, was hooked after reading only a few pages of the first novel, Pierced By A Sword. I have now read all three novels, and all I can say is "Wow!" I am in the habit of saying 2 to 3 rosaries a day; now, they have more meaning & sincerity to me. My daily prayers even mean more to me now. Thank you, Bud, for your inspiration...I do hope you write more.

I read these books about 7 years ago and I have passed them around to anyone that would be interested. The books were so good that I could not put them down. I read them in about 2 weeks. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you for the great books.

A devote Catholic co-worker gave me these books to read 10 years ago. I read all three in less than two weeks and never stopped thinking about them. Ordering them for myself to read again and hopefully to pass them on to someone else to enjoy.

I was a recent convert when I first read these books. I found them extremely inspiring. In fact, so much so that I requested another copy of each book and gave to my mom. And later she was converted to the Catholic faith. They are wonderful and recommend them to anyone. I still have the books and actually am going to read them again real soon.

I have read all three books. But i have read House of Gold 3 times and every time I am amazed. It puts, fear, Love, Hope and Faith in my life. I will probably read it again in the next few years. Would love to see a follow up of House of Gold.
