The CatholiCity Message
Volume III, Number 29 – October 27, 1999
Dear CatholiCity Citizen,
This week's message will be short. You'll understand when you read the one and only item below:
1. (SINGING) "SO THEY LOADED UP TRUCK AND THEY MOVED..."
We are literally in the middle of moving our entire operations, shipping, computer and office systems to a new location. While we don't anticipate any major delays in processing and shipping requests for Mary Foundation CDs and tapes or Saint Jude Media novels, there will be delays in providing certain CatholiCity services. At this time, because we're still in negotiations with T1 line service companies, it is unclear how long CatholiCity will be shut down. We've already started to disconnect some of our services. Don't be alarmed. We are going back online over the next few days.
Because of the nature and size of the job, we would humbly request that you keep your email inquiries to us to a minimum to lighten our load.
We're happy with our new location. It's very close to our current office, and the move is going well so far. The new owners of our former building are cooperating. We consider all these things a direct answer to your prayers, so please keep praying that we can get this T1 situation squared away quickly. Let's pray now...
"Dear Jesus, We love You!"
QUOTE OF THE WEEK
Here's a gem from the grandfather of one of our workers:
"Why worry when you can pray?"
MOTTO OF THE WEEK
This is John Paul II's official papal motto:
"I am all yours, Mary, and all that I have is yours."
God bless you all.
Yours in Christ,
Your Friends at CatholiCity
